This was one of those outfits I planned out in my head and it didn't turn out exactly how I wanted to, but close enough. I also wore this out in DC when it was 25 degrees and I should've added about 3 more layers.

What I'm wearing:

Dress: Tulle

Leggings: Old Navy

Belt: Beltway Vintage

Boots: DSW

I bought this dress on Cyber Monday when Tulle was having their $12 dress sale and even though shipping took forever, I'm pretty happy with my purchases (I got another dress as well).

I was also planning on having much better photos of this outfit, since my friend Katie & I went to the Botanic Gardens, but we both completely forgot—which is funny because she's the one who took the majority of my outfit photos in college.
