I haven't made a Ruche purchase in the longest time (and this is only my second one ever), but I'm so happy with what I bought.

I actually bought this dress for a friends' upcoming wedding (read: used that as an excuse to buy this dress that I'd been eyeing for months) but couldn't wait to wear it. It's perfect for work, but can be easily dressed up or down, which I love. Also, scallops. Give me all the scallops.
