shop local: off on a tangent.

Last week my friend Katie introduced me to Off on a Tangent Shop via an entry into a Galentine's Day Instagram giveaway, and I immediately fell in love with the DC based jewelry. Off on a Tangent is run by Alissa, who designs jewelry based on architecture and travel experiences. As a bonus, Katie and I won the giveaway! Alissa and her husband are both architects, and this is apparent in their work. I love supporting local artists, especially ones that are so thorough and talented—they even outline their process on their website.
