I received an Anthropologie gift card for my birthday, and immediately asked one of my Anthro-loving coworkers what I should use it on. She immediately recommended this dress, and when I went to try it on, I couldn't believe how right she was.

This dress is perfect for summer—cute print (tiny embroidered divers!), light cotton fabric, pockets (!!!), and a flattering cut. The only thing is it's kind of hard to figure out a good way to do the little side tie, but it works after a few tries. I think it's sold out because I couldn't find it on the Anthro website anymore. But yay for having fashionable coworkers!
