peach sorbet.

Better late than never, right? I think this is going to be another one of those weeks where I constantly feel like there just aren't enough hours in the day. I meant to do a post or two last week but it was a busy one—starting a new workout program, seeing friends, Christmas shopping, work, etc. So hopefully I can regain my blogging momentum again.

I finally managed to get well lit outfit photos on Friday since I had taken the day off (and consequently spent the majority of it driving to and from Maryland and Virginia) and was able to get my boyfriend to take them.

I'm wearing:
Sweater: Gap (link)
Skirt: Old Navy
Leggings: Old Navy
Boots: Crown Vintage via DSW
Necklace: market in Camden, London
Rings (l-r): high school ring, gift, random gift shop

We had not done any balcony photos in a while because they were basically completely redoing our building—but they're finally done and everything is newly repainted and shiny! So shiny, in fact, that you can see my reflection in the balcony storage closet door. Craziness.

I scored this sweater for about half of the original price during Black Friday (online, of course—I do not go within 20 miles of a mall on that day) and I really liked it because 1) cowlneck, 2) I didn't have anything peach colored in my wardrobe. It's super comfy, but if you're allergic to wool be sure to wear something under it—it has a low percentage of wool blend in it but if you wear it long enough you can start to feel it (this was definitely a problem for me in the neck area by the end of the day).

And I'm still obsessed with these boots.

Oh also, ModCloth is having an outerwear sale! Go forth and indulge in cute coats and jackets since I cannot. (About half of my monthly shopping budget just went towards a new pair of cross trainers for my workouts—but it was so worth it!)
