cats & tulle.

I've been planning this outfit since I placed the online order for this sweater & this skirt.

What I'm wearing:

Necklace: ModCloth

I've been looking for a black tulle skirt (that wasn't too expensive) for a while and I like this one, but I wish it wasn't so long—I feel like it's a weird length on me (even when worn really high-waisted). What do you guys think?
